Steps:

  1. When you follow the link on the Stripe account tab, It will take you to a window where you can start inputting your information.
  2. Input the email associated with your account
  3. Create your Stripe account password
  4. Input your mobile phone number (you will receive an SMS message with your verification code)
  5. Input your business address or personal address.
  6. Stripe will ask you for a link to your business website. This can be substituted by the URL of your social media (Ex: Facebook.com/yourbusiness) or online business listing. (Example: yelp, google my business) Click here to see how to find the URL . If you do not have an online presence, contact our provider support team.)
  7. When asked to Choose Industry, the most common choices are "Auto Repair Services" or "Transportation", depending on your business. A list of secondary choices may populate, where you may choose "Other Transportation Services".
  8. For product description, you may simply describe what services your business offers, and that the customer will be charged at checkout.
  9. Stripe will ask you to connect your bank account (This is how you will receive your direct deposit). You will be taken to your bank's pop-up, which may ask you to verify or log in. Once verified stripe will connect.
  10. Once the account is retrieved, Stripe will give you a choice of which of your accounts you would like to be connected to. (example: Checking or Savings) It will have you review one more time before moving forward.
  11. Fill in your customer support details. The statement descriptor will default to your website URL. You may change this to reflect your business name. If your business name is too long an abbreviation is fine, Which can also be used for the shortened descriptor. The remainder of your personal information should be pre-filled.
  12. Stripe will have you review all the information one last time before you confirm.
  13. When returning to your dashboard you should see that your stripe no longer says "missing", and has a connected account.
  14. Once Stripe is connected, if you haven't done so, begin setting up your driver profile. you won't be able to receive service calls until a driver profile has been reviewed and approved.
