One of the greatest aspects of the Mach1 app is in-app communication. Once you have finished your Sign-up Process and downloaded the app, you will have the opportunity to pick up a service call within a 50-mile radius. During this service call, you have the option of calling or texting the customer by choosing the red contact button in the right-hand corner.
