Make sure you are logged in to your provider dashboard. Click Here to Access

  1. On the left side of the screen, you will see an option labeled "Service Providers", select this.
  2. Click "Add New Service Provider". You will be taken to a pop-up.
  3. Input the Driver's personal Information
  4. Upload their Driver's License
  5. Upload their background check or order one through Mach1.
